Privacy, Jacuzzi & Hot Tub in this Cozy Cabin

1. No un-registered guests - Only the specific guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises. A violation of this AirBnB house rule will result in the immediate removal of all guests (and any visitors) from the property without a refund. if there is a disturbance with more than the occupants specified in the listing, a $25 per guest fine will be charged. 2. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee - Lost keys will incur a minimum $25 fee per missing key plus the labor charge of the locksmith. 3. No changing of the locks - Guests shall not re-key or change outdoor locks or hardware under any circumstances. 4. No Illegal Substances - Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and are grounds for immediate eviction from the property. You, your guests, and visitors agree that any drug use on the property, or using the property in any unlawful purpose or violation of any law or ordinance on or about the property will result in immediate termination of occupancy and be grounds for eviction. You shall be liable for any and all costs incurred by the host and the refund will not be provided for the remaining balance of your stay. 5. Guests will compensate the host for any food/drink stains in the linen and furniture. 6. No-Smoking - A $200.00/per day penalty will be incurred if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after the guest check-out. 7. Check-Out Time - Please be considerate of our cleaners and the next guest. Any guest who stays past checkout time will be charged a late checkout fee of up to one night's stay. 8. Be kind to Garbage Disposal - We ask guests to kindly dispose of food in the available trash cans. Garbage disposals are for small food remnants only. If the disposal is damaged or clogged by the guests, the guest will be charged for a plumber's time to unclog or install new disposal (if needed). All items in the kitchen including silverware, pots/pans, spices, flatware, etc. have been counted and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest. 9. Honor Noise Rules - We understand you want to enjoy yourselves, however, we do ask that any noise after 9:30 PM be kept to a minimum. Any complaints received after that time will result in the eviction of the property. 10. Respect Towels and Sheets - Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications, creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linen. Please avoid using hand/bath towels to remove these products. We ask that you bring appropriate make-up wipes and removers for these products. Any damaged linen item will result in a $20 fee per item. 11. Additional Cleaning - At the sole discretion of the host, an additional cleaning fee can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above and beyond standard cleaning. 12. Pets - If pets are allowed at your unit (this can be found in the property details), please settle your pet fees prior to check-in. We only allow 2 pets per reservation and we do ask that any pet is not left unattended at any given circumstance as to not cause damage to the unit. 13. Do not move the furniture or décor. 14. Leave it as you found it - if you make a mess, clean it up. Be respectful of our home. 15. No candles. 16. No underage drinking. 17. If any damage occurs please let us know ASAP so we can prepare to have the item corrected. Any damages cost to property and loss of income caused by such will be the responsibility of the guest registered to the property at the time of occurrence. 18. Lost and Found - While we will try our best to research/locate/return any item(s) perceived to be left behind at the property post-check-out, we (Kaizen Rentals and/or any employees) are not responsible for any of these items. While delivery of this email/message to the renter is implied consent of acceptance of these rules, we do ask that you reply back stating that you understand all rules set forth above.
